Choose Regular Upkeep for a home already at a manageable baseline and Deep Cleaning for accumulated detail or a first reset. Regular includes kitchen-bin removal, a manual bathroom maintenance wash, under-bed vacuuming only when the path is clear, and a light dusting pass on safely reachable blinds. Deep keeps that foundation and adds bathroom-bin removal, heavier treatment with surface-safe power tools when appropriate, empty safely reachable interiors, accessible couch-floor work, and closer blind attention when safely wipeable.

Q: Is the microwave interior included?

Microwave-interior cleaning is included with Deep Cleaning and not included with Regular Upkeep. The microwave exterior remains part of normal reachable exterior appliance cleaning. Oven and refrigerator/freezer interiors follow their separate service and condition rules.

Q: What is the difference between Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning?

Both follow the clarified Deep cleaning methods and access rules for routine kitchen/bathroom bins, bathrooms, empty interiors, accessible under-bed/couch areas, and blinds. Regular Upkeep does not include cabinet, drawer, pantry, or closet interiors in the base service; its $98 cabinet-interior package adds normal safely reachable interior cleaning and includes temporary move-and-return of up to 50 eligible small lightweight items when needed for access. Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleaning include normal interior cleaning when those areas are empty and safely reachable; if eligible contents block access, the $49 cabinet-access handling upgrade covers temporary move-and-return of up to 50 eligible small items.
