Pricing & requests

Pricing, quotes, and requesting a date

Start here for the current price builder, starting points, photos, savings, and review process.

How do I request a cleaning price?

Open the three-step price builder, choose the cleaning, add the home details, and select only the priorities you need. You can review the current itemized price before sending anything. If the home needs individual review, the request will clearly say so before submission.

Do you offer instant online pricing?

Yes. Use the online price builder to choose the cleaning type, home details, condition, and optional priorities. Current starting prices are $119 Regular Upkeep, $289 Deep Cleaning, $289 Move-In Cleaning, and $299 Move-Out Cleaning with a $349 Standard Appliances + 1 Area option. Targeted Deep Cleaning is $199 for up to two standard bathrooms or $239 for up to two standard bathrooms plus one standard kitchen. The complete request is reviewed before an appointment is confirmed, and Hawaiʻi GET is added where applicable.

How much does cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the cleaning type, home size, rooms, condition, and selected priorities. Regular Upkeep starts at $119, Deep Cleaning at $289, Move-In Cleaning at $289, and Move-Out Cleaning at $299 with two package choices. Targeted Deep Cleaning is $199 for up to two standard bathrooms or $239 for up to two standard bathrooms plus one standard kitchen. Build the current price online before submitting your request.

Is the online price an automatic booking?

No. The price builder shows the current amount for the selections entered. An appointment is confirmed only after the request, condition, access, timing, location, and availability are reviewed.

Why can the reviewed amount differ from the first price shown?

The price updates as home size, rooms, condition, optional priorities, and eligible savings are selected. Jalousie panes, eligible standard screens, outside-connected unit transitions, and any billable pet adjustment are itemized when applicable. The first ordinary pet is included; additional pets or one oversized or extra-shedding animal add $19. The +15% oversized or unusually extended layout option applies only to Regular Upkeep. Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleaning use entered square footage, and Targeted Deep does not offer the option. Work that cannot be priced safely online—such as unsafe access, restoration, biohazards, severe animal conditions, or uncertain specialty work—stays marked for individual review instead of being silently added.

What information helps the most?

Choose the service, enter the approximate home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, and preferred timing. Photos are optional, but they can help clarify heavy buildup, cabinet-interior scope, dead roaches, visible mites or mite residue, roach eggs or egg casings, or related non-live residue on affected in-scope surfaces, as well as appliances, floors, access, or anything that may need individual review.

Do I have to send photos?

No. Photos are optional. They are most useful when the condition, buildup, access, or a review-only request is difficult to explain in a short note.

How do recurring savings work?

Eligible Regular Upkeep savings are shown in the price builder: weekly 10%, every two weeks 5%, and every four weeks at the standard rate with no recurring discount. When an initial Deep Cleaning is paired with a recurring plan, the initial Deep receives 10% off the full selected pre-GET service subtotal. Verified military savings continue to follow the current stacking rules, and Hawaiʻi GET is calculated afterward.

Is there a military discount?

A 10% military discount is available for eligible current-visit scope. Eligibility is verified before confirmation, and the builder applies the best eligible current-visit option rather than stacking incompatible discounts.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit or reserved-time requirement may apply to some jobs based on scope, timing, or schedule commitment. Any job-specific payment requirement is disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.

How is detailed floor spot work priced?

Deep Cleaning and Move-Out Cleaning include the first eligible small localized floor spot. Two to five total eligible spots are $49, and six to ten are $99. For Regular Upkeep, Move-In, or Targeted Cleaning, up to five eligible spots are $49. More than ten spots, large areas, floor stripping, restoration, unsafe scraping, paint, dye, or specialty-floor risk requires review.

Can you wash dishes, fold laundry, or make beds?

Yes. Up to 30 normally soiled dish items is $49. Laundry fold-and-put-away is $19 for up to 20 eligible clean, fully dry items or $49 for up to 50; one washer cycle is $14 labor and one dryer cycle is $14 labor. Detergent, additives, dryer sheets, machine/coin/card fees, and other third-party laundry costs are customer-paid. Standard accessible bed making is $19 per bed with customer-provided linens ready. Larger counts or specialty handling require review.

Are electric-coil stove drip pans included?

No. Removable electric-coil drip pans are not included in oven or stovetop cleaning. Replacement is recommended when they are burned, rusted, pitted, or permanently stained.

02

Services & scope

Choosing the service and understanding the scope

Compare Regular, Deep, Move-In, Move-Out, Targeted Deep, and the items that need separate review.

Which cleaning service should I choose?

Choose Regular Upkeep for a maintained home, Deep Cleaning for a whole-home reset, Move-In before unpacking, Move-Out for an empty turnover, or Targeted Deep Cleaning when only bathrooms and possibly one standard kitchen need focused work.

What is included in Regular Upkeep?

Regular Upkeep maintains a home that is already manageable. The $119 starting tier covers a maintained studio or one-bedroom home with the first full bathroom included. Kitchen trash is taken out to the available onsite bin. The shower or tub receives a real maintenance wash with a light-pressure manual scrub using non-powered hand tools. Under an accessible bed is vacuumed only when the floor path is already clear; blocking or stored items are not moved. Blinds are not included in Regular Upkeep; eligible normal-size blinds may be added at $9 each for safe dusting/wiping while installed when the material allows. Empty cabinet, drawer, pantry, and closet interiors and bathroom trash removal are not included with Regular; choose Deep for those upgrades.

What is included in Deep Cleaning?

Deep Cleaning is a whole-home reset through 600 square feet. It keeps the Regular foundation, including kitchen trash removal and the clear-path under-bed rule, and adds bathroom trash removal, heavier shower/tub treatment with surface-safe power tools when appropriate, complete normal reachable interior-window cleaning, empty safely reachable cabinet/drawer/pantry/closet interiors, and accessible couch-floor work. Under a couch is cleaned only when the path is clear; behind it is cleaned only when the couch is lightweight and safe to move for access. Blocking items are not moved. Safely reachable blinds receive closer attention when the material can be wiped safely; excessive quantity or non-wipeable material requires review. Deep also includes up to 20 eligible lightweight items and normal safely reachable microwave-interior cleaning.

What is included in Move-In Cleaning?

Move-In Cleaning is designed for an empty or nearly empty home before unpacking. It follows the clarified Deep cleaning foundation for routine kitchen and bathroom bin removal, heavier bathroom treatment with surface-safe power tools when appropriate, empty safely reachable interiors, clear-path under-bed cleaning, accessible couch-floor work, and closer attention to safely wipeable blinds. Move-Out keeps its own package pricing. Up to 20 eligible lightweight items are included; 21–50 adds +$29.

What is included in Move-Out Cleaning?

Move-Out Cleaning is for an empty or nearly empty turnover and follows the Deep cleaning foundation. Choose $299 Light or $349 Standard Appliances + 1 Area. The $349 package includes Standard cleaning for the first oven and first empty standard fridge/freezer plus one Standard outdoor/utility area. Up to 20 eligible lightweight items are included; 21–50 adds +$29.

What is Targeted Deep Cleaning?

Targeted Deep Cleaning is a focused option for up to two standard bathrooms at $199, or up to two standard bathrooms plus one standard kitchen at $239. After the first two bathrooms, each additional full bathroom is +$59 and each additional half bathroom is +$39. Heavy bathroom buildup is +$59 per affected bathroom.

Can I add a lanai, porch, garage, or storage area?

Yes. One selected lanai, porch, garage, or storage area can be added for $59 in standard condition or $99 for heavy buildup. Multiple areas, unusually large spaces, hazardous or unsanitary conditions, excessive stored belongings, exterior pressure washing, restoration, and specialty work still require individual review.

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?

Regular Upkeep does not include cabinet, drawer, pantry, or closet interiors in the base service; its $98 cabinet-interior package adds normal safely reachable interior cleaning and includes temporary move-and-return of up to 50 eligible small lightweight items when needed for access. Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleaning include normal interior cleaning when empty and safely reachable; if eligible contents block access, the $49 cabinet-access handling upgrade covers temporary move-and-return of up to 50 eligible small items. Targeted Deep requires separate confirmation.

What is cleaned under beds or couches, and how are blinds handled?

Regular and Deep vacuum under an accessible bed only when the floor path is already clear; items blocking the path or stored underneath are not moved. Deep, Move-In, and Move-Out also clean under an accessible couch when the path is clear, and behind it only when the couch is lightweight and can be moved safely for access. Regular does not include blind cleaning; eligible normal-size blinds are $9 each from the first for safe dusting/wiping while installed when the material allows. Deep, Move-In, and Move-Out include the first 4 eligible normal-size blinds, then $9 each; oversized, fragile, damaged, specialty, unsafe/high-access, tool/disassembly-required, or material-incompatible blinds require review.

How are dead-roach, mite, or roach-egg residue charges applied?

Across surfaces already included in, or separately confirmed for, the selected cleaning, light-to-moderate accumulation of dead roaches, visible mites or mite residue, roach eggs or egg casings, and related non-live residue adds $49 total once per cleaning; severe accumulation adds $119 total once. This condition adjustment does not add cabinet interiors or any other unselected area. Live or active infestation, unsafe contamination, biohazard conditions, pest-control work, or remediation requires individual review. Pest treatment, extermination, decontamination, and remediation are not included.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Microwave-interior cleaning is included with Deep Cleaning and not included with Regular Upkeep. It also remains included with Move-In, Move-Out, and the Targeted Deep bathrooms-plus-kitchen package. Move-Out $299 includes Light for the first oven and first empty standard fridge/freezer: Standard +$24 or Heavy +$44 each. Move-Out $349 includes Standard for both: Heavy +$19 each. The $349 package also includes one Standard outdoor/utility area; Heavy is +$39.

Do you clean windows?

For eligible standard interior windows and additional mirrors, Regular Upkeep includes the first 3 selected units and Deep, Move-In, and Move-Out include the first 10; additional eligible standard-size units under 6 ft are $4 each; each eligible extended-size unit 6 ft or more is $19 separately and does not consume the standard allowance. Routine bathroom vanity mirrors already included with bathroom cleaning do not double-count. Eligible safely reachable interior or exterior sliding-door track sections are $24 each with Regular; Deep, Move-In, and Move-Out include the first 3 selected sections and additional eligible sections are $24 each. Targeted Deep requires separate confirmation for standard/extended window quantities and tracks. Deep, Move-In, Move-Out, and Targeted Deep include the first 10 safely accessible jalousie panes, then $1 each; Regular is $1 per pane from the first. Eligible normal-size removable screens are $19 each only when normal tabs/clips permit safe tool-free removal and reinstallation. Exterior glass, specialty/high-access glass, hard-water or mineral deposits, paint, adhesive, post-construction residue, screwdriver/tool/disassembly-required screen work, severe corrosion, restoration, unsafe access, damaged hardware, and other non-routine conditions require review.

Do you clean walls?

A few incidental, safely reachable wall marks may remain included. Focused wall touch-up is +$34 per individual wall. Extensive wall washing, ceilings, smoke or grease residue, failing paint, restoration conditions, unusual surfaces, and unsafe-height work require individual review.

How does the satisfaction promise work?

If you are present when the cleaning is finished, I recommend a final walk-through so we can review the confirmed scope together. If an item included in the confirmed scope was missed, send photos or notes within 24 hours. I’ll review it promptly and, when access and scheduling allow, arrange one return touch-up for the missed area. This does not cover permanent staining, pre-existing damage, restoration, new mess, unsafe conditions, or work that was not selected.

03

Move-outs & receipts

Move-out timing, receipts, and inspection questions

Practical answers for empty turnovers, receipts, movers, keys, and property-manager follow-up.

Do you provide receipts for move-out cleaning?

Yes. A receipt is provided after the cleaning is completed and payment is recorded. It can include the service date, property address, cleaning service performed, business information, and amount paid.

Does move-out cleaning guarantee my security deposit will be returned?

No. Deposit decisions are made by the landlord, property manager, housing office, or other responsible party. Oahu Fresh Clean provides the confirmed cleaning service and documentation of completed work.

What if the landlord or property manager says something was missed?

Send the written inspection notes and photos within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. If the concern is for an item included in the confirmed scope, I’ll review it promptly and, when access and scheduling allow, arrange one return touch-up for the missed area. This does not guarantee inspection approval or a deposit return.

Should the home be empty for Move-Out Cleaning?

Yes. Move-Out Cleaning works best after personal items, food, trash, furniture, and boxes are removed. When items remain, only safely reachable areas can be cleaned unless a different scope is confirmed.

Can you clean while movers are still working?

Sometimes, but it is usually less efficient because movers can block floors, cabinets, bathrooms, parking, and access. The clearest turnover is normally scheduled after the home is empty and before the final walkthrough or key handoff.

Can you remove trash or abandoned items?

Routine kitchen-bin removal to an available onsite bin is included with Regular Upkeep and Deep Cleaning. Deep Cleaning also includes routine bathroom-bin removal. Loose trash pickup, abandoned items, hauling or dump runs, furniture removal, large items, hazardous materials, and unsafe waste remain outside normal residential cleaning unless separately reviewed.

Can you clean military PCS move-outs?

Yes, when the schedule, location, scope, and access fit. Include the inspection or key deadline, home details, and any written requirements when you send the request.

04

Products & safety

Supplies, surface care, pets, and safety boundaries

See how products are chosen, what to share before the appointment, and which conditions need a specialist.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. I bring prepared cleaning supplies, fresh microfiber, and surface-appropriate tools for the confirmed scope. Share any product, scent, allergy, or delicate-surface concern before scheduling.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

My everyday starting point is Sal Suds when compatible, and Dr. Bronner’s describes it as non-toxic when used as directed. If you want an all-non-toxic product plan, tell me before scheduling and I’ll confirm the exact products for the agreed scope. Specialty products remain task-specific, and I do not use “eco-friendly” as a blanket promise for every product or cleaning condition.

Are your products safe for pets?

Product choice depends on the surface and task. Pets should stay away from active cleaning areas, equipment, open doors, and wet surfaces until the area is ready for normal use.

Should pets be secured during cleaning?

Yes, when a pet could escape, react to equipment, enter wet work areas, or make safe access difficult. Tell me how many pets are in the home. The first ordinary pet is included. Each additional pet is $19. One oversized or extra-shedding animal receives one $19 adjustment even when it is the only pet. Urine, feces, fleas, severe odor, waste, biohazards, or unsafe animal conditions require review.

Can you use a product I already trust?

Often, yes. A client-supplied product can be discussed before the appointment when it fits the material, cleaning goal, label directions, and confirmed scope.

Do you clean mold?

Mold remediation is not included. Limited surface attention may be possible only when the condition is minor and safe, but active growth, recurring moisture, unsafe material, or remediation-level work requires an appropriate specialist.

Do you clean pest droppings or biohazards?

Pest droppings, human waste, blood, active infestations, hoarding hazards, and other biohazard conditions are not standard residential cleaning. Safe remediation or specialist handling may be required before normal cleaning can proceed.

Can cleaning fix permanent stains or damage?

Not always. Cleaning can improve removable soil, grease, dust, soap scum, and mineral buildup, but it cannot guarantee reversal of etching, corrosion, worn finishes, failed caulk, damaged grout, permanent staining, or material damage.

05

Service areas

Oʻahu service-area and location questions

Coverage is organized by neighborhood group, with final availability based on the actual request.

What areas do you serve?

Oahu Fresh Clean serves Honolulu and listed Oʻahu communities across Town, South and East Oʻahu, Central and West Oʻahu, and Windward Oʻahu. Availability depends on schedule, scope, access, location, and the requested service.

Do you serve Kailua, Kāneʻohe, or Waimānalo?

These Windward communities are included in the current service-area directory. Send the service type, home details, location, and preferred timing so availability can be reviewed.

Do you serve ʻAiea, Pearl City, Mililani, Kapolei, or ʻEwa Beach?

These Central and West Oʻahu communities are included in the current service-area directory. Final scheduling still depends on the request, access, timing, and route availability.

Do you have a public office?

No. Oahu Fresh Clean is a mobile residential cleaning service. Work is performed at the confirmed home, condo, apartment, rental, or turnover property.

06

Access & scheduling

Preparing the home, access, and schedule changes

A few practical details help protect cleaning time and prevent avoidable access problems.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, as long as safe access is arranged, the confirmed scope is clear, and any building, parking, gate, key, elevator, or lockbox instructions are provided before arrival.

What should I do before Regular Upkeep?

Pick up personal items from surfaces when practical, secure pets when needed, and share priority areas before the visit. Regular includes routine kitchen-bin removal to an available onsite bin, but loose trash, abandoned items, hauling, and bathroom-bin removal are outside Regular scope. This helps the confirmed cleaning time go toward the actual cleaning.

What should I do before Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning?

Remove personal items and loose trash when practical. Empty cabinets, drawers, pantries, and closets give the clearest access for the included interior cleaning; if eligible small contents remain and block cabinet access, the $49 cabinet-access handling upgrade can temporarily move and return up to 50 eligible small items. Clear items from under beds and from the path under couches because the separate furniture-floor access rules still apply. Move-In and Move-Out include up to 20 eligible lightweight general items and follow the clarified Deep access and blind rules. Keep water and electricity available and provide clear parking, key, gate, and deadline information.

Can you clean if the utilities are off?

Cleaning is substantially limited without working water and electricity. Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning normally require both utilities for proper vacuuming, rinsing, appliance work, and surface cleaning.

What access or parking details should I share?

Share the building name, unit, parking instructions, gate or elevator process, stairs, loading restrictions, key or lockbox plan, and any paid parking. Also note separately accessed outside-connected rooms, offices, studios, or guest units: each required equipment transition is $19. Do not place full alarm codes or unnecessary sensitive information in a public message.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Call, text, or email as early as possible. A new time is not confirmed until Oahu Fresh Clean replies. The current Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy explains the process and any job-specific terms disclosed before booking.

Can I change priorities for a recurring visit?

Yes, within the confirmed visit scope and available time. Share the change before the appointment when possible. Added work or a materially different condition is confirmed before it is added.
