Regular Upkeep fits now
The home is manageable and needs steady maintenance.
Oahu Fresh Clean’s Regular Upkeep provides weekly, every-two-weeks, or every-four-weeks house cleaning for an Oʻahu home that is already at a manageable baseline. The repeatable plan supports bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dust, sand, pet hair, and high-use areas without turning each visit into an overloaded catch-up clean.

A realistic starting baseline protects the visit from becoming an overloaded catch-up clean.

Weekly fits high-use homes; every two weeks is the common balance; every four weeks fits lower-use homes
Sand, salt air, pets, bathroom moisture, and frequent cooking can shorten the useful interval

Yes, within the available time and confirmed scope. Share changes before the visit so I can confirm whether they replace an existing priority or require an adjustment.
Let me know as early as possible. A longer gap can change the condition and may require a revised scope or price before the next visit.

This condition adjustment does not add cabinet interiors or any other unselected area.
